Terms & Conditions of SHOPOOLY Furniture

 

- Holding Deposit: In some special cases to confirm and lock the item in stock, we may take some fair amount of deposit which will be non-refundable and will be used as a part of total deposit which is normally 50% percent of the total amount.

 

- Once items arrived in our warehouse, we will inform customers asap to clear the rest of the payment so we can arrange the delivery of items immediately. If the payment hasn't cleared and confirmed in less than 10 days after arrival, the order might get cancelled and the deposit will be kept as a cost of order. However, we are able to keep items in our storage with extra charges monthly which is based on order size and product cubics.

 

- As we are using private delivery companies to deliver all orders, all items will be delivered with the maximum care. So, any damages or scratches on products AFTER DELIVERY TIME will be under Customer responsibility. Also our delivery agents will deliver items to the doorsteps only, but if customers are interested to have items delivered inside the house, extra charges will be applied and also SHOPOOLY Furnture has no responsibility in regards to any damages happen to the house (Floor, Walls and etc.) during delivery of goods.

 

- DEFECTS OR MISMATCH GUARANTEE: Under any circumstances, if delivered items are faulty, damaged or not matched with the original orders in the invoice,  Shopooly is responsible for exchanging, fixing or reordering the original items exactly based on the initial order. unfortunately, Shopooly Furniture doesn’t offer any refund of the payment as the company is the customer of the Furniture, anyhow in case the company fails to meet any of the options available for the customer such as re-ordering the brand-new products, fixing the issues or damages on faulty products or offering any other brand-new furniture to swap with the damaged furniture, the company and customer came to an agreement to cancel the order and ask for a refund for the payment, Shopooly Furniture will take the amount of 50% from the total payment to cover the expenses and cost of handling and shipment and the rest will be payable in the original payment method.

 

- NO CHANGE OF MIND: The paid deposit is not refundable as based on this deposit we will confirm your Pre-ordered Customised Item(s) immediately and lock your spot in container, and manufacturing of products will be started asap, so there is no possibility to cancel orders or refunding paid deposit.

 

- NO EXChange Or Return of Sale Items:

All items sold on Sale or any of Discounted items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged under no circumstances.

 

- There is always between 7 to 14 days delay on our shipment arrival as international shipments are not so accurate base on situation, so please be patient with us as we will dispatch and deliver items to you once containers arrived in our warehouse.

 

- Delivery Fees will be calculated depending on Delivery Destination, Order Size, and Specifications of Items. Also, the delivery charges and fees are just estimation and there is always a chance to be changes based on time of delivery depends on market prices and delivery time.

 

- Most of our products are fully factory assembled and no need installation, however, if in case, some of products such as Bed Frame or Dining Set need any sort of assembly, customers need to sort it out or we can arrange assembly by extra charges based on complication of the job.
